We are looking for a .Net Developer to join our team in Romania!

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand multi-component, multi-programming-language product architectures, contributing to solution design and implementation.
• Develop, test, and maintain software solutions using Microsoft-based technologies (including .NET, C#, VB, LINQ) and SAP systems within enterprise environments.
• Implement user stories and resolve defects as part of cross-functional agile development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Apply software design patterns, such as MVC, to create scalable and maintainable codebases.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and uphold best practices in agile methodologies.
• Integrate database technologies for effective data storage and retrieval, optimizing performance and reliability.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate security vulnerabilities through threat modeling and prevention strategies.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide support for solution deployment and troubleshooting.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.

Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software development, focusing on implementing user stories and defect resolution within agile, cross-functional teams.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft-based technologies (including .NET, C#, VB, LINQ) and experience with SAP systems in enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, especially MVC.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.
• Experience with database technologies for data storage and retrieval.
• Knowledge of security vulnerability types, threat modeling, and preventive best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex product architectures encompassing multiple components and programming languages.

Other Requirements (Optional)

• Deep technical and foundational business expertise in XBRL and related reporting standards.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, including a strong grasp of the underlying technology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within diverse, distributed teams.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft, SAP, or DevOps practices are a plus.
