📖 About the position
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be working closely with our Head of Marketing and Acquisition team in creating and running marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, ads, and everything in-between, with the ultimate goal of increasing acquisition, conversion and retention.
The ideal candidate is passionate about shaping the decentralised future, and is just as passionate about marketing. You should be comfortable using data and automation tools to make decisions, build systems, and iterate fast.
We're not big on credentials, so a Computer Science degree or graduating from a prestigious university is not something we spend much time looking at. We care about what you can do and how you do it, not about how you got here.
🔎 What You’ll Do
- Work with our Head of Marketing to Develop and run full-funnel digital campaigns across SEM, social (Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, YouTube, Kick/Twitch stream partnerships), email outreach, and on-site channels.
- Create engaging content for social platforms, blogs, newsletters, and promotions—maintaining a unified brand voice tailored to crypto audiences.
- Plan and operate influencer and livestream sponsorship initiatives, affiliate collaborations, and cross‑promotion across gaming/crypto creators.
- Collaborate with content providers, design, product, and external partners to distribute content across media outlets and platforms.
- Monitor and analyze performance data, user behavior, conversion funnels, ROI, CAC, LTV, and other KPIs to iterate and optimize campaigns.
- Utilize A/B testing and conversion rate optimization—ideally using tools like Google Optimize, VWO, or custom tracking setups—to refine messaging, offers, and creative assets.
- Actively manage community engagement during new product launches or high-profile campaigns.
- Maintain editorial calendars, schedule using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, TweetHunter, and monitor performance.
- Write great copy and posts. This means you know how to generate interesting headlines, craft engaging post copy and structured text for easy reading online. You’ll also know the importance of a brand voice, and be a dab hand at applying it.
- Work independently (as well as part of a Marketing team) and use your initiative to come up with and execute new ideas.
🌳 What We’re looking For
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing—ideally in the crypto, blockchain, fintech, or gaming industry.
- Data-driven, with a clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics, and statistics
- Experience in devising and implementing social media plans, with a creative flair and proven results.
- Proven results executing email campaigns, including setting up and managing subscriber segments, behavioral triggers, and complex automations via tools like Customer.io or custom integrations.
- Familiarity with UTM parameters and attribution frameworks, and how to apply them effectively in multi-channel campaigns.
- Understand the big picture: how search, content, and social media all work together. You will outline goals, define the target audience, and know what platforms to use that scale our efforts.
- Social media native, and up-to-date knowledge of digital technologies, social channel developments, and relevant consumer trends.
- First-class copywriting skills; with the ability to produce creative, engaging, and accurate copy.
- Skills to plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Buffer, TweetHunter, Hootsuite, and others.
- Familiarity with email automation platforms and advanced marketing dashboards.
- Basic understanding of SEO and keywords to optimize content.
- Eagle-eye editor on your own work and can take and incorporate feedback quickly and easily.
- Live at the intersection of big ideas and minuscule details with a “no project is too small” attitude.
- Experience collaborating with a globally distributed team.
- Be fluent in English and have excellent communication/writing skills.
- A passion for blockchain, crypto, web3, NFTs etc. and keen to continue to innovate and learn more while keeping up to date with industry trends and developments.

🗓 Our hiring process
We receive a lot of applications for each position and due to a high number of applicants, we will not be able to provide individual feedback at the initial application stages of this process. We will, however, email you regarding the outcome of your initial application.
Our hiring process and timeline can vary from role to role, but typically you can expect:
- Step 1. We'll review your application to screen for a variety of criteria.
- Step 2. A video call with Adriana from HR so we can get to know each other a little better. It's an informal call, so there's nothing to prepare.
- Step 3. A second video call, usually with another member of our team. This call has a more technical focus and gives you the opportunity to find out what might be like to be a member of the Win.app team.
- Step 4. A paid trial project - typically 10-20 hours of work. This provides a great opportunity to understand what it's like to work with each other, prior to pursuing a full-time offer.
- Step 5. A video call with one of our co-founders, either Vlad our CTO, or Laurence, our CEO.
