Job Description

Our Automotive client is seeking a high-caliber UX/UI Design Consultant to join their Experience Design (XD) function. This assignment focuses on designing digital ecosystems that support complex global businesses, heavy machinery, and long-term B2B relationships.

We are looking for a consultant who can navigate a sophisticated corporate landscape and transform industrial complexity into intuitive, scalable, and world-class digital experiences.

The Assignment

You will be embedded within a global design organization, taking end-to-end ownership of design challenges for B2B e-commerce and enterprise platforms. This is a T-shaped role requiring a blend of strategic systems thinking and tactical UI precision.

Key Deliverables & Scope

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the design process from initial discovery and research to high-fidelity prototyping and delivery.
• B2B E-commerce Focus: Design for complex user roles, permissions, and intricate data structures inherent in global industrial platforms.
• Technical Integration: Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and performance-optimized.
• Stakeholder Navigation: Act as a design advocate within a large-scale matrix organization, balancing business requirements with user-centricity.
• Design System Evolution: Contribute to and refine UX patterns and best practices to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
  
  

Qualifications

Required Expertise:

• 8+ Years of Senior Design Experience: A proven track record in large-scale enterprise, automotive, or industrial environments.
• E-commerce Mastery: Deep experience building global, large-scale commerce solutions—specifically within the B2B sector.
• The T-Shaped Skillset: Expert-level proficiency in Figma and UI execution, coupled with a strong foundation in UX research, user flows, and interaction design.
• Organizational Savvy: The ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with empathy, professionalism, and a pragmatic approach to compromise.
• Agile Proficiency: Extensive experience working in agile setups alongside product owners and global engineering teams.
