UX/UI Designer - Mobility

Responsibilities and Impact

As a UX Designer, you will:

• Design user interfaces and experiences for web applications using Figma as the primary design tool
• Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs
• Collaborate closely with:
• Product Managers to understand business goals
• Frontend Engineers to ensure design feasibility and consistency
• Fellow designers in different time zones (ability to work async is essential) to maintain a cohesive design system
• Conduct UX research (lightweight usability testing, heuristic evaluations) to validate design decisions
• Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency across the platform
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and deliver a great experience across devices
• Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders and developers

What We’re Looking For

Basic Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web applications or SaaS products
• Portfolio or links to the best work you’ve done
• Ability to demonstrate process, wireframes, and finished designs
• Experience designing dashboards and data visualization
• Proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto‑layout, prototyping)
• Strong understanding of UX principles, visual hierarchy, and responsive design
• Ability to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and consistent UI designs
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross‑functional teams
• Autonomy to oversee a project or feature end-to-end
• Basic knowledge of design handoff for developers (e.g., Figma Inspect, tokens)

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, CSS) for better collaboration
• Understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG)
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Knowledge of motion design or micro‑interactions is a plus
