Our client is an international FinTech startup building infrastructure for payments and banking products. The platform powers business accounts, cards, and on/off-ramp solutions delivered via API and White Label. With 400+ clients across 10 countries and dozens of partners, the company is scaling rapidly and expanding globally.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Frontend Developer who cares deeply about performance, clean code, and user experience. You will work on a core FinTech product used by international clients, contributing directly to UI quality, architecture, and overall product feel. This is a hands-on role with real influence on how the product evolves.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve user interfaces using React and Next.js
• Optimize performance and user experience across complex flows
• Participate in component and frontend architecture design
• Contribute to the design system and consistent product UI
• Use AI tools to speed up routine tasks while fully owning production code quality
  
  

Requirements

• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
• Solid understanding of Next.js and server-side rendering
• Experience working with APIs and application state
• Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code
• Experience with state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, etc.)
• Confident use of AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) as a productivity multiplier - not a replacement for core knowledge
• Good communication skills in Russian and English

• Experience with Telegram WebApp API
• Knowledge of TailwindCSS, Framer Motion, React Query
• Experience integrating frontend with microservice architectures
• Experience configuring AI agents for projects (custom instructions, workflow automation)
