🔍 Role Overview

In this role, you will design, build, and maintain backend services and cloud-native applications. You’ll leverage Java, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms to deliver efficient and reliable solutions in a modern engineering environment.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot or similar frameworks)
• Design and deploy microservices on Kubernetes clusters
• Build and automate CI/CD pipelines on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise application performance
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

✅ Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong Java programming skills and experience with microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerisation (Docker)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Helm)
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Ansible
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
