About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Skymod AI, you will drive new business across our key enterprise verticals — manufacturing, finance, retail, energy and banking. You will own the full sales cycle, build executive relationships, and position Skymod as the AI transformation partner of choice for Turkey's largest organizations.
This is a high-impact role with direct visibility into company strategy, sitting at the intersection of sales, product, and customer success.
You Will
- Source and close net new enterprise logos within your assigned territory
- Navigate complex organizational structures to identify executive sponsors and champions
- Run consultative, value-driven sales cycles focused on measurable business outcomes
- Develop and execute territory strategies to generate pipeline and deliver predictable bookings
- Collaborate with solutions engineers, product, and leadership to move deals forward
- Build ROI and business justification frameworks tailored to each customer's priorities
- Run structured POCs with clear success criteria and stakeholder alignment
- Provide market and competitive insights back to product and go-to-market teams
About You
- 3+ years of closing experience in B2B enterprise sales, with a track record of top performance
- Proven ability to sell into complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
- Experience building C-level relationships and navigating executive conversations
- Able to learn, pitch, and demonstrate a technical product — and adapt as it evolves
- Familiarity with SaaS, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise software ecosystems
- Fluent in Turkish and English
- You thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where your impact is direct and visible
