YOU WILL

• Work with product managers and development leads to define product strategy, requirements, priorities, and schedule for a SaaS product with subscriptions model
• Collaborate with leadership to drive business process evolution and align our subscription logic with SaaS best practices.
• Collaborate with the global UX team to review concepts, evolve processes, and ensure unity across the company.
• Work closely with experienced researchers to understand user needs and conduct usability testing and user interviews.
• Leverage industry best practices and tools to create wireframes, flows, and prototypes to communicate design intent to stakeholders
• Work in our design system.

MUST HAVE

• +5 years of experience in UX Design
• Strong background in Subscription-based SaaS models
• Ability to articulate reasons behind decisions related to designs and solutions to stakeholders, customers, and the engineering team
• Knowledge of Figma, or other industry-standard wireframing tools
• Passion for research-fueled rapid ideation
• Self-starter with a strong desire for team collaboration
• You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
