We are looking for a "Senior AI Engineer" to join our AI LAB Team who can enthusiastically work to implement solutions in the field of large language models (LLM). You will be expected to perform activities such as retrieval augmented generation, AI agentic workflows, multi-agent collaboration, fine-tuning (instruction tuning), reinforcement learning (RLHF, DPO), more in addition to research and development. You must have the ability to train on-prem models and evaluate the model's success during training. You will collaborate with teams to evaluate the large language model, as well as provide direction and feedback to the technical team on the collection, cleaning and processing of data.

What makes you a good fit:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of experience
• You should have a solid understanding of classical machine learning and deep learning techniques, especially as applied to NLP.
• You must be experienced Jupyter Notebook/Lab, Pandas, and Numpy.
• Proficiency in at least one of PyTorch, TensorFlow (not Keras), or JAX is required.
• You should be capable of designing and implementing scalable neural models.
• Experience with model compression techniques such as quantization, distillation, and pruning is essential.
• You must be expert in data collection and preprocessing.
• You should have hands-on experience with Huggingface transformers.
• Proficiency in in-context learning (prompt engineering) is required.
• You should be experienced in instruction tuning (SFT) and alignment techniques (e.g., RLHF-PPO, DPO).
• Knowledge about model deployment and inference optimizations is required.
