We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to support our Krakow office and ensure consistent delivery across key People Operations processes. You will manage employee requests in a ticketing system, keep HR records accurate across HR and payroll platforms, and support compliance and reporting needs.

Responsibilities
- Support one of the main People Operations areas such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration as determined by business needs
- Resolve employee requests using a ticketing system while maintaining timely and precise communication
- Keep employee records up to date in internal and external HR and payroll systems, with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Align HR documentation and related processes with internal policies and legal standards
- Produce required reports and summaries for operational tracking and compliance
- Work with the People Team to optimize workflows, improve employee experience, and contribute to team initiatives
- Help employees with absence handling and working time management topics
- Provide guidance as the contact point for questions regarding labor law and legal regulations
Requirements
- Professional HR experience of at least 2 years within an HR department
- Strong detail orientation and accuracy in documentation and data updates
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work well in a team
- Advantageous experience in a multicultural environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Analytical thinking skills with a structured approach to problem solving
- Ability to plan work, juggle tasks, and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities
- Trusted ability to work with confidential information responsibly
- Nice-to-have knowledge of Service Now, Optima, and Płatnik
- Beneficial experience in shared service setups
- English proficiency B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
