We are hiring a People Operations Specialist to help our Krakow office deliver reliable HR operations and employee support. You will handle requests through a ticketing system, keep HR documentation aligned with policies and legal standards, and maintain employee records across HR and payroll tools. Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day support in a People Operations stream such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration depending on business priorities
- Handle employee inquiries via a ticketing system and drive them to resolution with clear, timely responses
- Update and maintain employee records across internal and external HR and payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Verify that HR documentation and processes comply with internal policies and applicable legal standards
- Create reports and summaries required for operations and compliance needs
- Partner with the People Team to improve processes, contribute to initiatives, and strengthen the employee experience
- Assist employees with absence topics and working time tracking or management
- Be the go-to contact for employee queries related to labor law and legal regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of HR department experience
- Strong precision and thoroughness in daily work
- Team-oriented, proactive approach to getting things done
- Experience working in multicultural settings as a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Analytical approach with solid problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Openness to learning and adapting to new challenges
- Discretion and care when working with confidential information
- Knowledge of Service Now, Optima, and Płatnik as an advantage
- Background in shared service environments as a benefit
- English level B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
