We are hiring a People Operations Specialist to help our Krakow office deliver reliable HR operations and employee support. You will handle requests through a ticketing system, keep HR documentation aligned with policies and legal standards, and maintain employee records across HR and payroll tools. Responsibilities

  • Deliver day-to-day support in a People Operations stream such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration depending on business priorities
  • Handle employee inquiries via a ticketing system and drive them to resolution with clear, timely responses
  • Update and maintain employee records across internal and external HR and payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Verify that HR documentation and processes comply with internal policies and applicable legal standards
  • Create reports and summaries required for operations and compliance needs
  • Partner with the People Team to improve processes, contribute to initiatives, and strengthen the employee experience
  • Assist employees with absence topics and working time tracking or management
  • Be the go-to contact for employee queries related to labor law and legal regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of HR department experience
  • Strong precision and thoroughness in daily work
  • Team-oriented, proactive approach to getting things done
  • Experience working in multicultural settings as a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Analytical approach with solid problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Openness to learning and adapting to new challenges
  • Discretion and care when working with confidential information
  • Knowledge of Service Now, Optima, and Płatnik as an advantage
  • Background in shared service environments as a benefit
  • English level B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
