We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to strengthen our Krakow office and keep day-to-day People Operations running smoothly. You will support employees across core HR processes, manage requests via a ticketing system, and maintain accurate HR and payroll data.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support in a core People Operations area such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration based on business needs
  • Answer and resolve employee requests through a ticketing system, ensuring timely updates and accurate communication
  • Maintain and update employee data in internal and external HR and payroll systems with a focus on accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure HR documentation and processes follow internal policies and legal requirements
  • Prepare reports and operational summaries to support compliance and daily operations
  • Collaborate with the People Team to refine processes, enhance employee experience, and support team initiatives
  • Support employees with absence matters and working time management
  • Act as a point of contact for questions related to legal regulations and labor law

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience of 2 years in an HR department
  • High attention to detail across routine and complex tasks
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team
  • Exposure to multicultural environments as an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize work and deliver within deadlines
  • Willingness to learn quickly and adjust to new challenges
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Familiarity with Service Now, Optima, and Płatnik as a plus
  • Experience in a shared service environment as a benefit
  • English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
