We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to join our team and help drive operational excellence within our People function.
This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment. You will play a key part in supporting our employees and ensuring smooth HR operations.
This is a hybrid position based in Krakow.
Responsibilities
- Deliver operational support in one of the key People Operations areas, such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, with assignment determined by business needs
- Respond to and resolve employee requests using a ticketing system, ensuring timely and precise communication
- Maintain and update employee records in both internal and external HR and payroll systems, focusing on accuracy and compliance
- Ensure HR documentation and processes align with internal policies and legal standards
- Generate reports and summaries to meet operational and compliance requirements
- Work closely with the People Team to optimize processes, improve employee experience, and contribute to team initiatives
- Provide assistance to employees regarding absences and working time management
- Serve as the contact point for employee questions related to legal regulations and labor law
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in an HR department
- Strong attention to detail in all tasks
- Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience in multicultural environments is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage tasks within deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Capable of handling confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of Service Now, Optima, and Płatnik is a plus
- Experience in shared service environments is beneficial
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
