We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to join our team and help drive operational excellence within our People function.

This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment. You will play a key part in supporting our employees and ensuring smooth HR operations.

This is a hybrid position based in Krakow.

 

Responsibilities

  • Deliver operational support in one of the key People Operations areas, such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, with assignment determined by business needs
  • Respond to and resolve employee requests using a ticketing system, ensuring timely and precise communication
  • Maintain and update employee records in both internal and external HR and payroll systems, focusing on accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure HR documentation and processes align with internal policies and legal standards
  • Generate reports and summaries to meet operational and compliance requirements
  • Work closely with the People Team to optimize processes, improve employee experience, and contribute to team initiatives
  • Provide assistance to employees regarding absences and working time management
  • Serve as the contact point for employee questions related to legal regulations and labor law

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in an HR department
  • Strong attention to detail in all tasks
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Experience in multicultural environments is advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage tasks within deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
  • Capable of handling confidential information with discretion
  • Knowledge of Service Now, Optima, and Płatnik is a plus
  • Experience in shared service environments is beneficial
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
