We are adding a People Operations Specialist to our Krakow office to keep HR administration and employee support running efficiently. You will own request handling through a ticketing system, maintain HR and payroll records, and help ensure documentation and processes meet policy and legal requirements. Responsibilities

  • Deliver operational support within a key People Operations scope such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration based on current business needs
  • Respond to employee tickets and drive issues to resolution with timely, accurate communication
  • Update and maintain employee records in internal and external HR and payroll systems while ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure HR documentation and processes remain consistent with internal policies and legal standards
  • Generate operational and compliance reports and summaries as needed
  • Coordinate with the People Team to streamline processes, improve employee experience, and support team initiatives
  • Assist employees with absence administration and working time management
  • Act as the contact point for employee questions regarding labor law and legal regulations

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience working in an HR department
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all assigned tasks
  • Proactive approach and ability to work effectively within a team
  • Helpful exposure to multicultural work environments
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage workload and deliver tasks within deadlines
  • Readiness to learn and adapt to new challenges
  • Ability to treat confidential information with discretion and care
  • Plus: knowledge of Service Now, Optima, and Płatnik
