- Manage all activities related to operations, commercials, fleet management, supply chain, finance and HR
- Development of the organization and process structure at the service locations according to ISO9001, ECM requirements and company guidelines
- Development of new maintenance locations, partners and project management for new contracts
- Budget planning, monitoring and responsibility as well as risk management
- Ensuring, recording and transparent reporting of key figures to superior
- Coordination between contracting parties, authorities, other Stadler departments as well as external partners
- Contractual & commercial interface for external parties (customer, suppliers, etc...)
- Active support of sales projects
- Lead projects of the maintenance organization for locomotive maintenance in Turkey across different locations and teams
- Relevant university degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification, additional business degree is a strong benefit
- Demonstrated experience in rail vehicle industry field mandatory
- Good organizational skills, problem-solving abilities and very structured and professional way of working
- Proven experience in leadership
- Hands-on team player with positive attitude, high resilience and motivation
- Willingness to travel
- Team player, known for your social competence, ownership mentality, and results-driven approach
- Experience in a multinational company is a plus
- Fluent in Turkish (verbal and written), good language skills in English (German as a plus)
