We are looking for a Recruitment Project Manager for our client to whom we provide consultancy services.




Qualifications


  • Graduated from relevant university departments,
  • Possesses an advanced level of English and can communicate actively,
  • Preferably has at least 5 years of experience in recruitment and project management,
  • Experienced in customer relationship management and client communication,
  • Knowledgeable about HR, recruitment, project planning, and operational processes,
  • Proficient in using MS Office programs effectively,
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills, with solid time management abilities,
  • Excellent communication skills, solution-oriented, and a strong team player,
  • Equipped with analytical thinking skills and advanced problem-solving abilities,
  • Able to adapt to fast-changing project processes and manage project dynamics effectively.




Job Description


  • Managing and coordinating the project,
  • Guiding the recruitment team, monitoring their daily operations, and improving overall efficiency,
  • Effectively utilizing existing talent pools and recruitment platforms for personnel sourcing,
  • Developing alternative channels and methods to build new candidate pipelines,
  • Conducting client visits and actively managing client relationships,
  • Receiving and evaluating client requests and ensuring proper management throughout the process,
  • Coordinating and monitoring HR processes such as recruitment, personnel affairs, payroll, and occupational health and safety,
  • Preparing regular reports to ensure the effective management of project and HR processes,
  • Improving processes and ensuring sustainability to maintain customer satisfaction,
  • Contributing to project planning phases and developing recommendations for operational improvements.
