Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive our bank’s most strategic technology initiatives. You will lead a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from new digital product launches to critical core banking transformations and architectural shifts. You will act as a key driver in our technology organization, ensuring the successful delivery of complex, high-impact projects in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Project Delivery: Manage end-to-end delivery of simultaneous projects across digital channels and core banking systems, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors and technology partners, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs, contracts, budgets, and delivery schedules.
• Transformation Leadership: Orchestrate technical initiatives such as architectural modernization, balancing innovation with the stability of legacy systems.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations across business units, product owners, and engineering teams, creating transparency on roadmaps, risks, and dependencies.
• Risk & Quality Control: Proactively identify technical risks in complex integrations and ensure that project deliverables meet the bank’s high standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience, preferably in banking or fintech, managing complex software portfolios.
• Proven track record in managing hybrid delivery models, effectively coordinating both in-house development teams and outsourced partners/vendors to drive project success.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) in diverse environments—from customer-facing applications to backend/core systems.
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall & Agile) with the ability to adapt the approach based on project needs.
• Excellent command of English, with the ability to translate technical complexities into clear business impacts for senior leadership.
• PMP or equivalent project management certifications are highly valued. Familiarity with Agile frameworks is required.
• A resilient leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, capable of managing both "building the new" and "transforming the old."
