Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a design conscious Full Stack Developer who takes pride in building digital products that feel as good as they function. This is an opportunity to join a forward thinking financial services company focused on delivering simple, fast, and accessible banking solutions to small and medium sized businesses across Norway and Europe. You will play a key role in shaping customer facing products, working across both frontend and backend, and contributing to architectural decisions in a modern Microsoft based environment.

Must Haves:

Strong experience with C# and .NET

Solid hands on experience with Blazor for frontend development

Good understanding of object oriented programming and common design patterns

Experience building scalable backend solutions

Commercial experience with Azure and cloud based deployments

Familiarity with CI, CD pipelines, ideally using Azure DevOps

Strong focus on user experience and customer journeys

Ability to collaborate effectively in cross functional teams

Commitment to clean code, maintainability, and best practices

Nice to Haves:

Eye for visual design, including typography, colour, and interaction details

Experience working in fintech or other regulated environments

Knowledge of security standards for financial applications

Exposure to AI tools or an interest in leveraging AI within development workflows

Experience contributing to architectural discussions and technical roadmaps

Previous experience in SMB focused product environments
