We’re hiring a Senior Solution Engineer for one of our key enterprise clients in the UAE. This role suits an experienced backend‑focused engineer who enjoys building scalable API-driven solutions, working closely with enterprise customers, and supporting technical teams as a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain REST API endpoints and integration gateways
• Collaborate with architects and product teams to define API specifications and solution designs
• Support pre‑sales activities including technical validation, solution scoping, and presenting architectural recommendations
• Troubleshoot and optimise API performance, availability, and security
• Automate tasks and enhance workflows using Python or similar scripting languages
• Deliver technical workshops, customer enablement sessions, and solution demos
• Act as a technical escalation point during delivery and integration phases

Key Requirements

• Fluent Arabic & English (written and spoken)
• 3+ years’ experience building RESTful APIs and integration services
• Strong understanding of API gateway technologies, authentication methods (OAuth2, JWT), and microservices architecture
• Proficiency in Python and/or other object‑oriented scripting languages
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is highly desirable
• Solid understanding of CI/CD practices, DevOps workflows, and version control (Git)
• Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent customer-facing communication skills
• Experience working with enterprise customers in fast-paced delivery environments
