Junior Product Designer

JOB PURPOSE:

To contribute to the product development process by providing design and technical support to senior designers, while building foundational skills in design execution, materials, and production.

Key Accountabilities

Strategic Responsibilities

• Contribute to research on materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes
• Support the preparation of presentations and client-facing materials
• Assist in concept development alongside senior designers

Functional Responsibilities

• Prepare technical drawings and design documentation
• Support prototyping and model-making activities
• Assist senior designers in day-to-day project execution

People Development

• Actively seek feedback from senior designers
• Demonstrate willingness to learn manufacturing processes and production methods
• Build technical and creative skills through hands-on project involvement
