Head of IT (Interim / FTC) – IT Carve-Out

We’re supporting an international specialist business undergoing a divisional carve-out and building its own standalone IT function.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll lead the full IT separation from the parent group, establish an independent operating model, and create a secure, scalable technology environment to support future growth.

Key Focus:

• Deliver full IT carve-out and TSA exit
• Migrate Microsoft 365, Azure, IAM, networks, ERP and core infrastructure
• Define and implement the IT strategy and roadmap
• Stabilise and optimise ERP and operational systems
• Lead cybersecurity, governance and service delivery
• Build and lead a team of 5–8
• Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team

We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience leading IT carve-outs or major transformations
• Strong cloud background (Azure preferred)
• ERP and business systems ownership experience
• Commercially minded leader comfortable operating in ambiguity
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, marine or energy sectors advantageous
