Technical Project Manager

Our client, a rapidly scaling and innovation-driven organisation, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex operational and automation initiatives across the business.

This is not a traditional coordination-only PM role. This position sits at the centre of process redesign, AI-driven workflow implementation, and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for bringing structure, visibility, and delivery discipline to high-impact operational and digital transformation programmes.

• Analyse and document internal and client-facing workflows
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and operational risks
• Design scalable, automation-ready future-state processes
• Lead the rollout of agentic AI workflows across onboarding and operations
• Ensure measurable efficiency gains, accuracy improvements, and cycle-time reductions
• Create structured frameworks that enable repeatable automation delivery
• Conduct structured operational discovery sessions
• Translate findings into clear functional and technical specifications
• Produce detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
• Establish documentation governance as a single source of truth
• Ensure ticket clarity, prioritisation discipline, and delivery predictability

Requirements:

• Strong experience in process mapping and operational improvement
• Exposure to AI or automation-driven transformation initiatives
• Ability to translate complex operations into structured technical requirements
• Experience managing structured development pipelines in agile environments
• Exceptional documentation standards
• Confident stakeholder engagement at senior and executive levels
• High ownership mindset and proactive delivery approach.
