Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver high-rise construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of projects from planning to completion, ensuring delivery within timelines, budget, safety standards, and quality benchmarks while complying with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to handover
• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to clients and senior management
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns
• Ensure strict compliance with Dubai building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services
• Manage contracts, variations, claims, and change orders effectively
• Control project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow
• Conduct regular site inspections and chair progress meetings
• Ensure quality assurance and quality control across all project stages
• Lead, mentor, and supervise project teams to ensure performance and accountability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 10–15 years of experience in construction project management, specifically high-rise buildings
• Proven experience working on projects in Dubai or the UAE
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, local codes, and construction practices
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong financial and contractual management expertise
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet strict deadlines
• UAE driving license and valid UAE work authorization is an advantage
