Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain existing cloud infrastructure and Linux/Windows servers
  • Perform routine system backups, updates, and health checks
  • Respond to developer support requests and basic troubleshooting
  • Maintain documentation for systems and procedures
  • Assist with AWS/Azure/GCP resource management (basic operations)
  • Maintain Docker containers and basic Kubernetes workloads
  • Support Jenkins/GitLab CI pipeline operations (no complex modifications required)
  • Manage account application for various external systems, for example Claude, ChatGPT


Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or DevOps support
  • Experience with Linux/Windows server administration
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Experience using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of Docker or containerization concepts
  • Basic scripting ability (Bash, Python, or similar)
  • Basic networking and security concepts
  • Experience working in a North American environment is preferred
