Job Title – Product Manager
Period – 6 months

Overview
Lead the end-to-end delivery of new and enhanced banking products, including automated offer management solutions. Partner cross-functionally to design, build, and launch customer-centric, data-driven experiences that drive revenue and operational efficiency.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Retail banking and product management expertise (multi-channel, regulatory, market trends)
- End-to-end product lifecycle delivery (design, build, launch, BAU transition)
- Strong design thinking and customer experience focus
- Strategic planning and backlog prioritization aligned to business goals
- SDLC knowledge with Agile and Waterfall delivery experience
- Understanding of core systems, technology architecture, and constraints
- Oversight of QA, UAT, and end-to-end testing
- Data-driven decision-making and business case development
- Financial and analytical acumen (P&L understanding)
- Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
- Vendor management and change management experience
- Risk management and regulatory partnership
Requirements
- 3–5 years in product development and delivery
- 3–5 years in business/product management
- Experience delivering complex initiatives within tight timelines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Financial services experience preferred
