Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, payroll and HR compliance.

This is a seasonal role from March 2, 2026 and will end on September 30, 2026

This role pays an hourly rate of $30.00-$35.00 CAD

This position will remain open until May 22, 2026.

About The Venue

Rogers Stadium is Toronto’s newest large-scale outdoor concert venue, built on the Downsview lands (YZD). With a capacity of up to 50,000 fans, it hosts major touring acts and high-energy summer shows. Designed for fast turnaround and big production impact, the venue features modern staging, strong infrastructure, and easy access via transit. It’s one of the city’s most exciting new destinations for live music and large-format events

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding process, assisting with paperwork completion
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Assist with payroll functions in creating imports and maintaining data and administrative set up tasks
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management support
  • Manage new hires and assisting them with set up of employee benefits including enrollment, changes and communication
  • Ensure compliance with provincial labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with HR reporting and data analysis as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of HR experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Procient in Microsoft Office.
