The Role
In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications that power mission-critical user experiences and backend services. You will work across the stack—from frontend interfaces to backend APIs and databases—bringing a product mindset, strong coding fundamentals, and a passion for building robust, maintainable systems.

The Role
In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications that power mission-critical user experiences and backend services. You will work across the stack—from frontend interfaces to backend APIs and databases—bringing a product mindset, strong coding fundamentals, and a passion for building robust, maintainable systems.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver features that directly impact our customers.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end software solutions across frontend and backend systems
- Contribute to architectural decisions, system design reviews, and code quality initiatives
- Write clean, scalable, testable code and ensure robust documentation for ongoing maintainability
- Participate in product ideation and feedback cycles, with a user-centric mindset.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability in both frontend and backend environments
- Integrate with APIs, databases, third-party services, and cloud infrastructure components
- Set up logging, monitoring, and alerting for deployed features (Sentry, Datadog, etc.).
- Investigate production issues and participate in on-call or incident response rotations.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions, and drive engineering best practices
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, Marketing, and other business leads to deliver high-quality features and user experiences
- Build and support frameworks for experimentation, feature flags, and data-driven product development.
- At least 5 years of full-stack software development experience
- Solid experience with backend development using languages, ideally Python
- Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database systems (SQL and NoSQL)
- Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with trading platforms or financial systems is a big plus, but not a must
