Our LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Strategy & Operations organization is responsible for building the ultimate go-to-market engine to connect our solutions with customer needs. As a Sales Strategy & Operations Associate for the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions business, you will tackle the most critical challenges facing our sales organization — from shaping go-to-market strategy to optimizing operational processes — all with the goal of driving more value for our sales org and our customers. You should also be able to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information, have attention to detail, be open-minded to challenge the status quo, and work on a rapidly changing organization while inspiring excellence from themselves and business partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead operational processes of the sales organization such as quota management, territory allocation, audits, reports and dashboard development, data checks and maintenance.
  • Perform complex data analysis and share insights by leveraging tools like SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce.

  • Partner with Systems and Business Analytics teams to streamline and automate processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and explore opportunities to embed AI.
  • Lead ad hoc and operational projects that have regional or global impact, e.g., optimized territory planning, forecast modeling, process improvement and automation.
  • Support the global strategic planning process by leading planning workstreams in areas such as customer segmentation, headcount, financial planning, go‑to‑market strategy, territory planning, book building, and quota setting.
  • Advise senior sales leaders on growing and optimizing their businesses by making data‑driven, actionable recommendations to achieve short‑term and long‑term strategic priorities.
  • Present insights and recommendations to executives and global sales operations partners.
