Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design across multiple digital products, from discovery through delivery.
• Design intuitive, accessible, and consistent experiences aligned with service outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical design solutions.
• Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, contextual inquiry) to inform design decisions.
• Contribute to and evolve shared design systems and component libraries in Figma.
• Balance immediate product delivery needs with long-term design system and ecosystem thinking.
• Advocate for user-centred design practices across teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on UX/UI design experience across diverse product types.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes across at least 5 products/systems (portfolio required).
• Expert proficiency in Figma and component-based, scalable design systems.
• Experience designing within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proven experience in user research and usability testing.
