What You Will Do
- Design and build scalable solutions within our PHP/Laravel and React stack
- Evaluate technical trade-offs between ideal architecture and business timelines—then make the call
- Establish patterns that junior and mid-level developers can follow and learn from
- Reduce technical debt systematically while delivering new capabilities
- Transform requirements into architecture before they become code
We're looking for a Senior Developer who thinks in systems, not just code. Someone who sees the architecture behind the features and understands that today's technical decisions shape tomorrow's possibilities.
- Minimum of 5 years development experience (Preferably 7+ years' experience)
- Expert level PHP and Laravel knowledge
- Strong React or Angular proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive technical direction
- Track record of mentoring through code reviews, documentation, or pairing
- Backend: PHP 8+, Laravel
- Frontend: React (preferred), Angular experience welcome
- Approach: You'll have input on tooling and architectural decisions
- Reduced production incidents and cleaner PR reviews that produce code quality and system stability
- Measurable improvement in identified problem areas to reduce technical debt
- Team members ship faster using patterns you establish for greater developer enablement
- Architecture decisions that include documented rationale that stands up over time
