Project Manager, Software Customer Projects

Have you delivered complex software projects before? And do you have EU citizenship or residency such that you can travel to the UK or US occasionally?

The Situation:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead an interesting project with an Automotive OEM. You will coordinate with the customer and our internal product development team to ensure we reach particular milestones on time.

Your day-to-day:

· You will manage sprints and internal milestones. You will lead Scrum meetings (PBR, Sprint Review & Planning and Daily)

· Plan releases together with the Tech Lead

· Create weekly reporting to the customer and management

· Lead weekly Steering Group meeting for project

· Monitor progress and perform risk management to minimize project risks

· Plan and monitor resourcing and budget

· Actively communicate with stakeholders

· Ensure project is finished on-time, within scope and budget

· Improve our processes and documentation

· Lead team delivering project

You will work together with our talented group of developers, technical artists, requirement engineers, quality managers and testers. Our customer is an OEM creating premium vehicles, cooperation is great and they are pleasant to work with. You will get to work on bleeding edge tech involving HUD and graphics.

Requirements:

5+ years in Project Management of software customer delivery projects

Ability to travel to the UK or the US

(ASPICE is something you will need to learn if you don’t know it yet)

Experience in Agile methodology as Scrum Master or otherwise

Excellent English

JIRA, Confluence or similar

Bonus skills:

Certifications like Scrum Master, PMI
