We are looking for a product-focused Fullstack Engineer with ~2+ years of experience at Funded B2B AI Startup . We are seeking smart, motivated, and high-agency individuals who can take our initial product and elevate it to be a market-leading solution. This hire is crucial as there are numerous high-impact ideas but lack of bandwidth to execute them all, and we need people who can own these ideas from customer conversation to shipment.

What will you be doing?

• Take ownership of ideas, engage in customer conversations (including on-site visits), and ship full-stack features that solve real enterprise pain points.
• Work end-to-end on product development, from architecture design to UI, making smart technical trade-offs to optimize for impact.
• Build, test, and iterate quickly based on user feedback in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate within a flat, dynamic team structure, working on the most impactful projects in 6-week cycles.
• Help invent new paradigms for AI-powered software in the industrial inspection space.

Who you are?

• 2 - 8 years of experience shipping features in full- stack software engineering roles
• Experience building products in a high- growth environment
• Past founding experience (0- 1), building a product that has generated revenue.
• Full- stack development experience (frontend and backend).
• Must work in- person 5 days/week in Farringdon, London.
