This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a full end-to-end website transformation project. You’ll work closely with UI Design, Product Owners, and Engineering to define and shape the user experience from discovery through to development handoff.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of the UX stream, leading research, defining information architecture, mapping user journeys, and producing high-quality UX deliverables that guide both design and build.
Key Responsibilities
- Discovery & Research
- Lead user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, heuristic reviews
- Analyse website performance, user behaviours, analytics, and pain points
- Translate insights into clear, actionable UX recommendations
- Information Architecture & Experience Design
- Define IA, site maps, taxonomy, and navigation structures
- Develop end-to-end user journeys and flows
- Facilitate workshops (journey mapping, requirements gathering, prioritisation)
- Align closely with product and content teams
- Wireframing & Delivery
- Produce low–mid fidelity wireframes and prototypes (Figma preferred)
- Collaborate closely with UI designers and engineers
- Present work to stakeholders and drive alignment
- 5+ years’ experience delivering end-to-end website UX projects
- Strong portfolio demonstrating process and outcomes
- Confident running research and usability testing independently
- Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility (WCAG 2.1+)
- Comfortable working autonomously in fast-paced environments
- Experience with content-heavy websites
- CMS-driven environments
- GA4, Hotjar or similar analytics tools
- Workshop facilitation experience
