Winnin transforms cultural signals into strategic decisions. We analyze behavioral data from 4.4 billion+ videos across social platforms, turning what audiences watch into predictive intelligence for marketing leaders at Netflix, Coca-Cola, Unilever, Nubank, and more.
We're evolving from analytics platform to agentic AI that integrates directly into decision-making workflows. Our intelligent briefings, real-time cultural relevance metrics, and embedded insights help CMOs move from intuition to certainty when making million-dollar creative bets.
Backed by Kaszek, Alexia Ventures, and AWS, we're scaling globally — and we're looking for the person who will shape the experience layer that makes all of it feel inevitable.
The Role
As Head of AI Experience Design, you'll own the UX vision for an agentic marketing platform used by some of the world's most demanding marketing organizations. You'll report directly to the Chief Product Officer and operate as a strategic partner — not just a design executor.
This is not a role for someone who waits for specs. It's a role for someone who defines what gets built, based on how people actually think, decide, and trust.
You'll lead a growing design team, establish the design culture, and ensure that our AI agent experiences are not just functional — but genuinely trusted by the marketers who rely on them.
What You'll Do
Agentic UX Vision & Execution
- Define and evolve the design framework for autonomous AI agent features — covering transparency, failure states, guided autonomy, and trust architecture
- Translate complex model behavior into experiences that are legible, inspectable, and trustworthy for non-technical users
- Establish design standards for "what happens when the agent is wrong" as a first-class product problem
- Lead culturally modular design: same architecture, different mental-model entry points per region
- Drive information architecture decisions that account for different conventions around automation trust, data ownership, and collaboration
- Own the evolution of our global design system — including RTL support, localization readiness, and component-level convention audits
- Grow and develop a team of designers, including specialized roles in AI interaction design and design research
- Shift team culture from reactive to generative — where design informs what gets built, not just how it looks
- Establish rituals, quality bars, and design review practices that create consistent, high-trust outputs
- Serve as the UX voice in product strategy, roadmap planning, and market positioning discussions
- Build strong working relationships with data science to ensure model behavior insights feed directly into design priorities
- Enable engineers and PMs to understand and advocate for design-quality standards
- Own design metrics: agent trust scores, override rates, adoption rates, activation rates, and NPS on agentic features
- Build self-serve dashboards to track trust, adoption, and override rates in real time
- Connect design decisions to business outcomes across all active markets
Required
- Demonstrated experience leading UX/product design for AI, automation, or data-heavy products
- Track record of building and developing design teams (hiring, culture, processes)
- Ability to operate as a strategic partner to senior leadership — not just a design resource
- Experience designing for non-technical users interacting with complex, autonomous systems
- Evidence of cross-functional influence: pushing back on engineering, shaping product strategy, aligning stakeholders
- Fluency in conducting user research and translating findings into architecture-level decisions
- Experience with global or multi-regional product design (localization, culturally modular UX)
- Exposure to agentic AI systems, LLM-based products, or automation workflows
- Ability to self-serve quantitative and qualitative data — not fully dependent on data teams
- Experience or interest in external thought leadership (conferences, writing, case studies)
- Portfolio demonstrating design system ownership and scalable component architecture
Dimension Reality Complexity High — AI behaviors are probabilistic, users are skeptical, stakes are real Ambiguity High — we're building a category, not following one Pace Fast — global expansion is active, not planned Autonomy High — you'll define the vision, not execute someone else's Collaboration Constant — design, product, data science, and engineering are deeply interdependent Stakeholders Demanding — our users are CMOs and senior marketers with low tolerance for friction
What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months
- Users trust the AI agent enough to reduce override rates meaningfully
- Onboarding flows are culturally adapted across active markets, not just translated
- The team ships more, faster, with fewer post-launch usability issues
- Design is part of product strategy conversations, not just downstream execution
- Every agentic feature ships with a "trust check": can the user understand what the agent did, why, and how to override it?
We're a team of Winners. We operate by six principles:
- Bold Creativity — We have the courage to test new ideas and aren't afraid to be wrong on the way to something better
- Humility to Evolve — No one knows it all. We're always open to learning, listening, and changing course
- Discipline and Passion — Passion to start. Discipline to finish. High energy with high consistency
- Collaborative Transparency — The best ideas come from diverse opinions. We build together, in the open
- Work Smart — It's not about hours. It's about impact. We find the smartest path to the best result
- Customer Focus — Our customer's success is our greatest victory. We understand the problem before we build the solution
We're at an inflection point. We have real traction with real enterprise customers. We're entering new global markets. Our AI capabilities are ahead of our UX sophistication — and we know it.
The person who takes this role will not be inheriting a finished design organization. They'll be building the one that makes Winnin's agentic platform the standard for how AI should feel when it helps marketers make decisions worth millions.
That's the job.
