Senior Scrum Master - Defense industry

This is remote first, however would be great to see you in Bristol, perhaps once a week (at least initially).

Paying circa 60- 70K base with a 10-12% bonus.

They are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead agile delivery across their synthetic aperture radar product teams — operating at the intersection of hardware, software, data, and aerospace engineering.

• Partner with Product Owners to maximise backlog value in complex R&D environments
• Remove cross-functional impediments (hardware, software, integration)
• Drive agile maturity, transparency, and continuous improvement
• Mentor Scrum Masters and contribute to their Agile Community of Practice

✅ What You Bring

• 3+ years as a Scrum Master in deep-tech or hardware + software environments
• Strong agile expertise within R&D and systems engineering contexts
• Experience managing complex dependencies and regulated environments
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) is a plus
• Agile tooling experience (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
