Project Manager – ESG Change

Umbrella / PAYE Rate: £550 - £787.50 per day

Location: London (Hybrid)

Contract Length – 6 months

This is a great job for someone who has experience delivering change in complex environments and enjoys working with a wide range of people.

You’ll thrive if you like coordinating multiple workstreams and guiding senior stakeholders.

This role will suit you if you have experience in ESG or sustainability projects.

It’s also ideal if you enjoy shaping operating models and improving how organizations work.

A bit about the job

• Lead strategic change projects within Aviva Investors, with a strong focus on ESG and sustainability.
• Improve our operating models, enhance client outcomes and support our long‑term transformation priorities.
• Deliver client‑facing change in partnership with external stakeholders.
• Coordinate workstreams, manage risks and ensure each project delivers on time, on budget and to a high standard.
• Will play a key role in how our business evolves and how we meet our commitments to clients.

Skills and experience we’re looking for

• Experience delivering change in complex organisations, managing ambiguity and working across multiple teams.
• Strong project management skills with good knowledge of governance, frameworks and financial control.
• Experience in ESG or sustainability‑related change.
• Strong communication skills, including stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
• Comfortable working with data‑focused or reporting‑focused projects.
