Our Blind Spot

We're growing fast, which means we're in that chaotic phase where we're duct-taping systems together while shipping features we promised yesterday. We need someone who thrives in this -someone who can build rock-solid backend systems while we're actively flying the plane.

You'll be helping us architect the foundation while dealing with the messy, non-deterministic reality of AI agents in production. No blueprints. No outdated playbooks. Just smart people solving hard problems together.

Key Responsibilities

• Build the product. You'll be architecting features from scratch, making technical decisions that matter, and shipping code that moves us forward. We're looking for someone who can figure out the right way to build it, not just execute a spec.
• Make our systems scale intelligently. Some parts are held together with duct tape right now. Your job is to find clever ways to make our unscalable bits actually scale without rewriting everything from scratch.
• Integrate with ERPs and CRMs
• Work directly with customers to understand what's broken and fix it quickly
• Handle production issues when they arise, then make sure they don't happen again
• Write clean, maintainable code that your teammates will appreciate, not dread touching six months later

Your Profile

We're looking for builders with strong fundamentals who can learn fast and take ownership. If you have a great academic background, love creating things, and thrive on solving hard problems, you'll fit right in.

• You have a Bachelors or Masters degree from a top-tier university in computer science or related field.
• You've built things on your own - personal projects, side hustles, stuff you created because you wanted to, not because someone told you to
• You have strong coding fundamentals and can learn new technologies fast
• You've built backend applications in production (Go, Java, C#, or similar)
• You're comfortable with modern backend stack: REST APIs, microservices, databases (Postgres/MongoDB), Docker, Kubernetes
• You communicate well in English; German is a plus
• Bonus: You know distributed systems concepts and how to apply them in practice
