Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Android Developer to design, develop, and deploy high-quality Android applications using Kotlin and Java. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Android SDK, modern UI components, testing frameworks, and best engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy high-quality Android applications with comprehensive test coverage.
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable technical solutions based on business requirements.
- Provide development effort estimates and contribute to sprint planning in an Agile environment.
- Mentor junior developers and promote best coding, testing, and architectural practices.
- Take ownership of features from design to release, ensuring performance, reliability, and usability.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Kotlin & Java for Android development.
- Expertise in Android SDK, Android Studio, XML UI design, RecyclerView, ConstraintLayout, Material Design.
- Hands-on experience with Kotlin Coroutines, Navigation components, and Notifications.
- Experience with Android testing frameworks (Espresso, JUnit, Mockito).
- Proficiency in Git version control and understanding of Agile methodologies.
