About This Opportunity

The Product Manager ANZ – Invisalign™ is accountable for the performance and strategic direction of the Invisalign portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. This role leads portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, and go to market execution to drive adoption, utilisation, and long-term market growth.

A key focus is to strengthen Invisalign’s position with GP Dentists and Orthodontists through clear value propositions, compelling communications, and seamless cross-functional alignment.

You will collaborate closely with Clinical, GP & Ortho Channel Managers, Commercial, Legal, and the APAC Marketing teams.

Role expectations

What You’ll Be Doing

Product & Portfolio Management

  • Own the end to end lifecycle of the Invisalign portfolio, from launch through optimisation and retirement.
  • Develop deep understanding of patient and clinician needs using clinical, customer, and consumer insights.
  • Translate global product strategy into actionable local market plans aligned to ANZ commercial goals.
  • Define portfolio positioning, pricing logic, and architecture for GP Dentist and Ortho segments.

Launch & Go-to-Market Execution

  • Lead cross functional planning for new product introductions and clinical indications.
  • Oversee project management to ensure timely development, localisation, and commercial readiness.
  • Partner with Channel Leaders to shape segmentation, targeting, messaging, and value narratives.
  • Enable sales readiness through tools, training, and clear product stories.
  • Monitor post-launch KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Customer & Market Insight

  • Gather and analyse customer feedback, competitive activity, and market trends.
  • Identify adoption drivers and barriers within the ANZ dental market.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Align local execution with Global and Regional Product Management.
  • Collaborate with GP and Ortho Channel Leaders to ensure cohesive execution across channels.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives in a matrix organisation.

Business Planning & Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Set Annual goals in partnership with GP & Ortho leads and Commercial.
  • Track KPIs relating to clear aligner sales, utilisation, and customer engagement.
  • Support forecasting, demand planning, and contribution to ANZ operating plans.
  • Use data to generate insights and recommendations.

Marketing & Communications

  • Deliver Invisalign marketing communications, including product collateral, localisation, translation, and compliance.
  • Manage digital advertising, eDMs, and trade communications.

Budget Management

  • Manage the Invisalign marketing budget in partnership with the ANZ Marketing Team.

What We're Looking For

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a hands-on marketer who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoys working across diverse teams and cultures.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred)
  • 6–8 years’ experience in Product Management or Brand Management
  • Proven B2B marketing strategy and execution experience
  • Strong project management capability
  • Experience in medical devices, dental, health-tech, or capital equipment
  • Experience launching products in regulated or clinical environments
  • Demonstrated success partnering with sales in field-driven organisations
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Experience working in matrix or global organisations preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve complex problems
  • Up to 10% travel within ANZ
