We have an opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Product Specialist to be part of our Primary Care Sales Team on the Gold Coast. This is an important position responsible for promoting company products to both GP's and pharmacists.

The person holding this position will report to the National Sales Manager, Primary Care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a territory plan to achieve cycle objectives
  • Build strong relationships with GP's, pharmacists and staff through product knowledge, training and support
  • Sell, detail, and train on products in line with brand strategies/promotional priorities
  • Drive distribution of product launches and maximising promotional opportunities
  • Utilise CRM/PBI tools to identify sales opportunities and maintain accurate records
  • Attend conferences and customer events to support brand strategies
  • Ensure compliance with WHS and pharmacovigilance policies
  • Actively contribute to best practice sharing to enhance overall team performance

Requirements

  • Proven healthcare sales experience, ideally in both pharmacy and GP
  • Extensive experience as a team player
  • Proven leadership in complex, multi-country or large market environments
  • Strong analytical skills, combined with strategic selling
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Comfortable navigating VUCA environments
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms
  • Daily travel to see customers
