Yokogawa have an expanding SCADA project portfolio, and are searching for a dynamic and engaging Program Manager to build and Lead our portfolio of SCADA projects from our Adelaide office; representing Yokogawa to our key stakeholders, managing project plans, scopes and internal engineering development.
What you’ll do:
- Establish, maintain and engage with key stakeholders in the development of key projects, project scope; translating scope to internal and external parties
- Plan, coordinate and manage project scope milestones and documentation
- Manage commercial, contract negotiations and project plans to internal and external stakeholder satisfaction
- Maximise resource utilisation to satisfy project delivery and resource recovery
- Establish and monitor project team direction and alignment
- Monitor, identify and control project risks and cost
What you’ll bring:
- An engaging work style connecting, facilitating and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar leadership role preferable from an engineering background
- Extensive project management experience
- Ability to identify, translate and execute project scope and objectives
- Previous experience leading diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and commercial acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
