Project Stakeholder Manager

Yokogawa have an expanding SCADA project portfolio, and are searching for a dynamic and engaging Program Manager to build and Lead our portfolio of SCADA projects from our Adelaide office; representing Yokogawa to our key stakeholders, managing project plans, scopes and internal engineering development.

What you’ll do:

• Establish, maintain and engage with key stakeholders in the development of key projects, project scope; translating scope to internal and external parties
• Plan, coordinate and manage project scope milestones and documentation
• Manage commercial, contract negotiations and project plans to internal and external stakeholder satisfaction
• Maximise resource utilisation to satisfy project delivery and resource recovery
• Establish and monitor project team direction and alignment
• Monitor, identify and control project risks and cost

What you’ll bring:

• An engaging work style connecting, facilitating and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar leadership role preferable from an engineering background
• Extensive project management experience
• Ability to identify, translate and execute project scope and objectives
• Previous experience leading diverse stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and commercial acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
