Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary and Administrative Assistant to serve as a subject matter expert for AI training initiatives. In this remote role, you will use your legal administrative expertise to review, annotate, and evaluate workflows, documentation, and outputs, helping AI systems understand the nuances of legal office processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert input on legal secretary and administrative tasks for AI model training.
- Review, draft, and annotate legal documents to improve AI understanding of legal procedures and office workflows.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to legal protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials reflect real-world legal administrative practices.
- Document workflows, procedures, and best practices to guide AI datasets.
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally to articulate complex legal and administrative concepts.
- Participate in quality assurance reviews to enhance AI model performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary and/or Administrative Assistant in a legal setting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, documentation, and office procedures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and modern digital communication tools.
- Ability to analyze and critique processes with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a remote work environment.
- Comfortable working independently and meeting project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience contributing to technology, process improvement, or AI-related projects.
- Knowledge of data privacy, confidentiality, and compliance standards in legal administration.
- Background in legal research or paralegal support is a plus.
