Accountabilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of projects, from planning and development to deployment, testing, maintenance, and ongoing support.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, designers, and sales to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Manage project resources, budgets, timelines, and documentation to meet milestones.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, providing regular status updates and reports.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to minimize project delays or performance issues.
- Support Agile practices and foster continuous improvement in project execution.
- 4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or Technical Project Manager.
- Proven experience managing software development projects (80%) and infrastructure projects (20%).
- Strong knowledge of project management and software development life cycles.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Advanced English proficiency for daily collaboration with international stakeholders.
- Willingness to work during NYC business hours (7 AM – 4 PM EST).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Technical background in QA, business analysis, or software development.
- Bonus: Experience with ERP systems, POS technologies, retail operations, or fintech/payments.
