nyra insights is our web platform where therapists manage patients, create therapy plans, review AI-generated insights, and track recovery progress. As a Web Developer, you'll build and evolve the features that clinicians rely on daily — from interactive dashboards and content creation tools to real-time data visualization and our new AI-powered Content Studio. You'll work closely with Product, Design, and our backend and ML teams to ship a fast, reliable, and intuitive web experience.
About the Company
At nyra health, we’re building software that makes a real difference. Our tools help clinics, therapists, and patients in their neurorehabilitation journey. Our products — myReha (therapy app) and nyra insights (web platform for patient management and analysis) — deliver evidence-based, AI-powered neurotherapy at scale.
If that resonates with you, we’d love to hear from you.
- Clinician-facing features: Build and improve the core workflows therapists use daily — patient management, therapy plan creation, progress tracking, and documentation
- Content Studio: Contribute to our AI-powered content generation platform where therapists create personalized therapy materials using conversational AI interfaces
- Data visualization and analytics: Build interactive charts, dashboards, and reporting views that turn patient data into actionable clinical insights
- Frontend architecture: Maintain and evolve a clean, performant, component-based frontend codebase
- API integration: Connect frontend features to backend services, ML model endpoints, and third-party integrations
- Responsive and accessible design: Ensure the platform works reliably across browsers and devices, with attention to accessibility for clinical users
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and Clinical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver polished features
- AI-native workflow: You use AI tools daily — Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar — not as a novelty, but as your default way of working. You write better code faster because of it.
- Multi-agent fluency: You're comfortable orchestrating multiple AI agents, chaining prompts, and building workflows where AI handles the heavy lifting while you steer the outcome.
- Tooling mindset: You actively shape your own dev environment — custom scripts, automation, MCP servers, CLI tools — and you're always looking for ways to remove friction from your workflow.
- Web development experience: 3+ years of professional frontend or full-stack web development
- Modern frontend stack: Strong experience with React (or Next.js) and TypeScript
- State management and data fetching: Familiarity with modern patterns (React Query, Zustand, Redux, or similar) and REST/GraphQL APIs
- CSS and UI implementation: Proficient in CSS/Tailwind and turning Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces
- Testing: Experience with frontend testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Full-stack bonus: Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, Python) and databases (PostgreSQL) is a strong plus
- Bonus: Experience with data visualization libraries (D3, Recharts), real-time features (WebSockets), healthcare/medtech, or AI-powered interfaces
- Product-minded: You think beyond the ticket — you understand why a feature matters for the therapist and the patient
- Quality-focused: You care about clean code, smooth interactions, and consistent UI
- Pragmatic: You ship incrementally and iterate, balancing speed with craft
- Collaborative: You enjoy working with designers, product managers, and domain experts to build the right thing
- Curious about healthcare and AI: You're excited to work on tools that blend clinical expertise with cutting-edge technology
- Fast-growing digital health scale-up with international ambition
- Direct collaboration with the founders and cross-functional teams
- Responsibility from day one and tangible impact on how we scale
- Transparent, direct communication and feedback culture
- Attractive compensation, Phantom Stock Options, and company perks (Wiener Linien Jahreskarte etc.)
- Beautiful office in Vienna's First District with regular team events
- Some of the best Mario Kart drivers in the Austrian startup scene ;)
- Intro call (~30 mins): Background, expectations, and an overview of nyra health and the role.
- Technical interview: A practical session involving frontend architecture, code review, and a hands-on challenge, discussed with our Engineering team.
- Meet with Founders: Discuss your approach, technical philosophy, and how you'd shape the clinician web experience at nyra health.
