- A higher education degree in business administration, marketing, life sciences (MBA or similar beneficial).
- Solid experience in product management, portfolio management, or strategic marketing with experience managing products through their lifecycle—ideally in a global healthcare or diagnostics environment.
- Strong understanding of market analysis, customer insights, and competitive intelligence as well as familiarity with regulatory and compliance topics in healthcare/diagnostics (IVD, FDA).
- Understanding of SAP master data processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities paired with sound decision-making.
- A proactive, flexible, and collaborative mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 preferred); additional languages are an advantage.

- The gross annual salary for this position in Austria is at least EUR 59.781,96 (minimum salary for the chemical industry). Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we are willing to pay above the minimum.
