Your Tasks
- Create clear, user friendly copy for UX/UI, support content and other communication materials.
- Coordinate and continuously improve translation workflows and processes, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners
- Manage and maintain product content and translations, while contributing to the development of our overall communication strategy
- Support and actively participate in UX/UI testing to help enhance the user experience
- Provide second level support to internal teams
- Bachelor´s degree or higher (University, FH) in communication, linguistics or information-related fields
- Comfortable working in technical environments, with hands on experience using tools and establishing new workflows
- Experience with content and translation management systems, as well as writing for digital products (UX or technical writing is a plus)
- Excellent German and English communication skills (both written and spoken) with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Methodical, detail-oriented approach to content and process management

Minimum Salary: Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 47,810.14.
Earliest Entry Date: This position is to be filled immediately.
