Why we need you
We're scaling fast across multiple commercial channels – clinics, DRV aftercare, insurers, and private practices. To make smart, data-driven decisions at this pace, our Sales & Growth team needs someone who turns fragmented data into clear, actionable insights. As Working Student Sales & Commercial Analytics, you'll be the analytical backbone behind our commercial strategy.

What you’ll shape
- Commercial data foundation: You consolidate and harmonize data from CRM, external databases, and market sources into a coherent analytical view that drives sales planning and prioritization.
- Hypothesis-driven analyses: You identify commercial opportunities and patterns – from regional market potential to channel performance – and turn them into concrete recommendations.
- Dashboards & presentations: You prepare clear, decision-ready summaries for Sales, Growth, and Management stakeholders who don't live in spreadsheets.
- Strategic support: You contribute data-backed insights to sales and go-to-market strategy – your analyses directly influence how we allocate resources and set priorities.
- Ad hoc problem-solving: When a commercial question comes up, you're the person the team turns to for a fast, structured, data-driven answer.
What sets you up for success
- Analytical excellence: You think in hypotheses, not just descriptions. You're confident working with complex, multi-source datasets and can structure ambiguity into clarity.
- Tool proficiency: Excel/Google Sheets are second nature. Ideally you also have hands-on experience with SQL or BI tools.
- Strong academic background: You're enrolled in late Bachelor or early Master studies in STEM, Business, or Economics with above-average academic performance.
- Communication skills: You can distill complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders without a data background. Fluent in German and English.
- Bonus: Internship experience in Management or Strategy Consulting, or experience in a startup/commercial team (Sales, Growth).

The Process
- Intro Call (~30-60 Min): Personal fit, motivation, and a deep dive into your background and CV.
- Case Study & Team Meet (~60 Min): Analytical case study focused on problem-solving and clarity of communication, followed by a discussion of your approach and insights with the Sales & Growth team.
