This is a high-impact remote opportunity for a performance-driven marketing professional passionate about scaling B2B SaaS brands. You will manage and grow a portfolio of clients, driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact through strategic paid media execution. Blending hands-on campaign management with strategic advisory responsibilities, you will serve as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders. The role combines analytical rigor, creative testing, and strong client communication in a fully distributed, international team environment. Accountabilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads for a portfolio of 4–7 B2B SaaS clients.
- Develop forecasts, manage budgets, and align campaign performance with quarterly and annual revenue and pipeline targets.
- Analyze campaign performance data, transforming complex metrics into clear, persuasive insights and executive-ready reports.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning paid media initiatives with their KPIs, growth objectives, and broader marketing strategies.
- Lead onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and strong strategic foundations.
- Continuously test, iterate, and refine campaigns to exceed MQL, SQL, and pipeline generation goals.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably within B2B or SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of achieving or surpassing MQL, SQL, and revenue pipeline targets.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from campaign and CRM data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting performance insights to decision-makers and C-level stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting results, and optimizing campaigns for measurable ROI.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ABM platforms (e.g., 6Sense, Demandbase) is a plus.
- Experience integrating paid media with broader marketing tactics such as content marketing, social, and email campaigns (preferred).
- Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and comfortable working in a fully remote, international team environment.
- Fully remote role based in Denmark.
