About the job
Your position
As an IAM Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant access management across the comapny's systems and applications. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver IAM solutions that align with business needs and security policies.
Your day to day activities and key responsibilities:
Project management and coordination
- You will lead end-to-end IAM projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- You will define project plans, monitor progress, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- You will coordinate with internal teams (IT, Security, HR, Legal) and external partners to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions.
- You will facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders.
Technical and functional oversight
- You will collaborate with architects and engineers to design and implement IAM solutions (identity governance, access requests, certifications, role-based access control, etc.).
- You will ensure that IAM processes align with security policies, compliance requirements (GDPR, SOX, etc.), and industry best practices.
- You will participate in the selection and onboarding of IAM tools and vendors.
- You will support the operational teams during the transition to new IAM processes and tools.
Communication and change management
- You will communicate project status, milestones, and key decisions to stakeholders and management.
- You will contribute to change management efforts by creating awareness and providing training to end users.
- You will document processes, guidelines, and procedures related to IAM.
Your profile
- You hold a Master's degree or equivalent experience, with 3 to 5 years of project management experience, ideally in IAM, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure projects.
- You have a good understanding of IAM concepts (identity lifecycle, access governance, authentication, authorization, etc.) and related technologies.
- You are familiar with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.).
- You have an analytical mindset and can translate business needs into technical requirements.
- You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills and respect for diversity.
- You can work autonomously while keeping stakeholders aligned.
- You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English ; French is an asset.
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, ITIL, Scrum Master, etc.) are a plus.
