We’re looking for a Software Engineer with strong Rust skills and a background in cloud-native backend development. You understand how distributed systems behave at scale, you care about performance and reliability, and you’re comfortable working close to the infrastructure. You’ll be contributing to an AI platform used by enterprise teams globally — writing production-grade Rust code for systems where correctness and efficiency aren’t optional.

What You’ll Do:

- Develop and maintain backend services in Rust running on Kubernetes-native cloud infrastructure.

- Contribute to the design and implementation of distributed systems that support AI and ML workloads.

- Write clean, well-tested code and participate actively in code reviews.

- Collaborate with platform and ML teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable solutions.

- Identify and resolve performance and reliability issues across backend services.

- Support the continuous improvement of engineering standards and development practices.

What We Are Looking For:

- 5+ years of experience in IT roles.

- 4+ years of experience with Rust as a primary programming language.

- Experience building and operating services in cloud-native, distributed environments.

- Familiarity with Kubernetes and microservices architecture.

- Exposure to AI, ML platform, or LLM/RAG workflows.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to code quality.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
